The Language Institute of Thammasat University (LITU) was officially established as a university faculty in 1985 to serve the ever-growing need for English language training for students in all faculties at Thammasat University. For over two decades, LITU has been committed to developing the quality of its teaching consistent with international standards of excellence while dedicated to Thammasat University’s mission of serving the nation. LITU offers academic services to all Thammasat faculties and students. The services range from English language courses to English language testing services (TU-GET PBT, TU-GET CBT).

In addition, LITU provides academic services to the public in the form of English language training, and English language testing. Moreover, LITU is also well known for its postgraduate studies programs: MA and PhD in English Language Teaching, and MA in Career English for International Communication. In terms of research, LITU has its own journal LEARN (Language Education and Acquisition Research Network) which is indexed on Scopus, ERIC, ACI, and TCI.

 You can take the MRT (underground) to Sanam Chai Station, and then
1) walk for about 25 minutes to Thammsat Unviersity; or
2) take a Tuk Tuk or Taxi for about 7 minutes to Thammasat University
